Shared Wisdom

How Do I Want to Age and Thrive?
The Where Wisdom Meets Wonder workbook emerged from answering that question.

As a woman, aging presents specific challenges in our youth-oriented society. We chase long lives, but we are supposed to stay forever young. The hypocrisy can lead to very conflicted emotions.
After research, therapy, and countless conversations, I created this method for myself, and now, I am pleased to offer it to you!
The Where Wisdom Meets Wonder workbook is available on Amazon or write me directly!
The Where Wisdom Meets Wonder approach is a living process.
This workbook offers you a framework to personalize as you curate your life and navigate your third chapter.

Whether you choose to embark on this journey alone, with a close friend, or in a small group, the pace is entirely up to you.
After all, this is your next chapter--a chapter that you are writing with intention, wisdom, and the richness of your lived experiences.
